ASK THE VENUEDo I need an account to book?
Yes. Create a player account and verify your email before sending a booking request. Already registered? Sign in to keep your bookings and Open Play updates together in your dashboard.
How much do I need to pay?
Each court requires either a 50% down payment or full payment. Your selected court's policy, total, amount required and remaining balance appear before you continue. For a 50% down payment booking, pay the remaining balance on arrival. Follow the payment instructions at checkout, or contact the front desk for help.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after staff verifies the required payment. An unpaid or unverified request is pending. A pending manual-payment request does not hold a court. Staff checks availability again before confirming. Check your booking receipt or player dashboard for the latest status.
Can I book a few hours with a break?
Yes. Choose whole-hour start and end times, then use “Add another time range” for a later session on the same court and date. Skipped hours are not reserved or charged. The total includes only your selected hours.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Bring suitable court shoes, comfortable sportswear, water and your booking reference. Bring your paddle if you have one. Ask the venue about equipment availability and any questions before your visit.
Can beginners join Open Play?
Open Play welcomes different skill levels. Choose your level when you request to join, then check with the front desk for payment and approval. Your player dashboard shows your queue status after check-in. See how Open Play works.
What if I need to cancel or the weather is unsafe?
Read the current cancellation and rescheduling policy, or contact the venue for help with your booking.
Where can I find the venue?
Use “Get directions” in the venue section or on your confirmed booking receipt. Contact the front desk for location help and arrival questions.
